Paint is packed in a generous,
2-dram package. Use your pallet
knife to remove the amount of paint you need from the plastic
bag. Place on a flat tile and mix with your favorite medium
to correct painting consistency. Suggestion: I mix paints
with baby oil.

Colors shown
are the absolute concentrate you can get out of this paint, colors
are made from compatible glass systems and are inter-mixable in
all proportions, with the exception of "Rusty Red" and
the cadmium colors. Cadmium colors are: Yellow Brick Road, Sunkist,
Orange Delight, Green Green, Red Shoes and Red Apple. These colors
are fully inter-mixable in all proportions, with each other. However,
the inter-mixability between the cadmium and non-cadmium containing
colors is limited; we suggest experimentation to establish the effects
of firing conditions on color development. When using "Rusty
Red", use the maximum proportion to maintain the stability
of the fired color.
There are five "gold" based colors: Purple Punch, Purple,
Raspberry, American Beauty and Tea Party Pink. These are fully intermixable
in all proportions between themselves and with the other basic colors
within the limitations indicated above. You, as the artist, determine
the pastel shades you need by adding Pure White and Flux.
These
paints are low metal release, intermixable, durable onglaze colors
for direct and indirect applications suitable for conventional and
faster firing cycles. The following temperatures are recommended:
porcelain, 760-830 degrees centigrade, and 1364-1688 degrees F. It
is always wise to fire in the beginning stage with the kiln partially
vented - this will let oxygen in helping the colors mature, with more
true color results.
